Nerxy File Organizer

It can be hard to keep things organized when you have to manage an ever growing collection of photos and an ever increasing collection of audio tracks. This is where Nerxy File Organizer comes in. This is a user friendly application that will organize and rename all your images and all your audio files. With things nicely organized, you’ll be able to easily find whatever you’re looking for.

The system requirements for running Nerxy File Organizer are: Intel Pentium 3 processor or better, 256MB of RAM memory (1GB recommended), 50MB of free disk space, Windows operating system. If your PC meets these requirements (and any modern PC will), you’ll have no problems getting Nerxy File Organizer up and running. You’ll have to go through a standard setup procedure: download an installer, run it, click through the setup wizard.

The panel from the left hand side allows you to easily access Nerxy File Organizer’s functionality. Said panel presents links for Home, Preferences, Logs, Tour (audio demo and photo demo), Help, Buy, and Register. From Home you can easily get started with organizing your photos and/or your audio files.

Speaking about organizing photos and/or audio files, a wizard will help you quickly get things done.
First up you will have to select the folders that will be scanned; the default folder “nerxy Source Folder” is constantly being scanned for new files to organize.
Next up you must choose where the organized files will be saved; the default folder is “nerxy Organized File”.
Then you must define the rules for organizing your photo files. You can choose between Year – Month – Day, Camera Model – Extension – Resolution, and Custom Defined Rules.
And last but not least, you must launch the organizing process. Once it completes you will be asked what you want to do: check out the organized files or go back to Home.
